Sustainability

When developing the residential complex, sustainable materials have been used as much as possible. All bathrooms have Mosa tiles with a cradle to cradle certificate. The apartments are fully isolated, for both temperature and sound. Because of the isolation the apartments have been given an A-label, which will save on monthly costs and is more sustainable and better for the environment.

Accessibility

The metro station de Pijp of the North-South line is only an 9-minute walk away. There are various tram and bus stops around the corner of the residential complex and at the Ceintuurbaan there is a secured bicycle parking. For those who need to use a car, there are option of getting a parking permit or rent a car at Diks car rental at the van Ostadestraat.

Neighborhood

At the end of the street the Sint Willibrordusstraat crosses the van Woustraat. There are several supermarkets on the van Woustraat (including Marqt, Stadsmarkt and Albert Heijn), restaurants (including Spaghetteria, Carbon, Soi74, Mooshka (vegan) and Bulls and Dogs) and also plenty of flex workplaces (Coffee company, Stach and Coffee and Coconuts) where you can network and work comfortably. The Albert Cuyp market is just a 6-minute walk and the Gerard Douplein is only 8 minutes away.

Sports

For the sports enthusiasts there is plenty to do in De Pijp. A range of gyms (including Fresh Fitness, Train More and Double Trouble Nelson), jogging along the Amstel or around the Sarphatipark or some relaxation at Yoga studio de Pijp. It’s all possible and at close range of the residential complex.

Recreation
